“ IBSA to host three-day International Meet ”

In order to provide a forum for researchers, policy makers and industry practitioners from across the globe to deliberate on growth in Asia and its implications for policy, practice and research all over the world, IBS Ahmedabad is hosting a three-day conference from January 5 to January 7 here, an IBSA press release said.
The theme of the First IBS Ahmedabad International Conference on Management will be “Double Digit Growth : Asian Perspective”. Primarily, the conference will focus on the various aspects of business and management all over the world, given the current dynamic economic, geopolitical and social scenario in Asia.
“The emerging Asian Superpowers” have come to be a force to reckon with, as these countries are growing at break-neck speed and double-digit growth has already become a reality in some of these countries. The evolving economic and political landscapes in Asia has profound impact globally. Asia’s growth continues to transfix analysts and investors around the world and to alter business strategies, the release added”. |

“ CONFERENCE TO DISCUSS ASIA’S ECONOMIC GROWTH ” – The event will be organized by IBS”
- DNA Money Correspondent, Ahmedabad.
The economic growth of Asia and its implications across the globe will be the focal point of discussion at a three-day conference to be organized in the city.
The conference lilted “Double Digit Growth : Asian Perspective” will be organized by the Icfai Business School, Ahmedabad, a management institute under ICFAI from January 5 – 7.
Around 77 research papers under eight technical sessions and various case studies will be presented at the event. An estimated number of 200 expected from the field of education, industry and trade, are expected to attend the conference. Dr. Charan Wadhwa from the Centre for Policy Study, New Delhi and Mr. Jay Narayan Vyas will attend the inaugural session of the Conference.
Internatinoal participants from countries like Australia, Botswana, USA, UK, Pakistan and Sri Lank will also take part in the event” said the Convener of the Conference. |
